Hampton Mower Centre ships Australia-wide. Shipping options shown at checkout are based on delivery postcode, product size, weight and shipping class.

1) Metro Shipping

• Metro orders are charged using our flat-rate shipping matrix at checkout.
• Selected products are eligible for free shipping on qualifying metro orders over $500.
• Free shipping is not available on heavy-deposit or freight-heavy products.

2) Regional Shipping

• Regional orders are charged at regional flat-rate settings shown at checkout.
• Regional pricing is separate from metro pricing and depends on product shipping class.

3) Remote Shipping (Carrier Calculated)

• Remote orders are quoted in real time through Interparcel at checkout.
• Available services can include standard road and express options, depending on destination and parcel profile.
• Rates are calculated by carrier and may change if delivery details change.

4) Heavy Freight & Pallet Deliveries

• Large, heavy or palletised items are shipped as freight services.
• Final freight handling requirements, including tail-lift access, may be confirmed after order placement.
• If site access is limited or redelivery is required, additional carrier fees may apply.

5) Delivery Time Estimates

• Standard Shipping: typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping: typically 1-3 business days after dispatch, where available.
• Regional and remote deliveries can take longer due to linehaul schedules and depot servicing windows.

6) Important Notes

• Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days, subject to stock availability and payment verification.
• Please ensure delivery details are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays and extra costs.
